Redefining and
Skin Care

The future of skin care is regenerative.

Genesis Skin Care is redefining and reimagining the future of skin care – today. By combining science and technology, our team of scientists are creating products that are changing the world of skinceuticals through the miracle of birth.

Harnessing the regenerative power of birth tissue, Genesis develops skin care products and regimens designed to reduce the signs of aging and create and restore healthy skin barriers.

The future of skin care is regenerative, and Genesis has developed a one-of-a-kind serum especially designed for professional use.

Our MedSpa serum, amniorenu, harnesses the regenerative power of amniotic fluid and combines this with HA, Tropoelastin and ProliSel, resulting in a one-of-a-kind serum designed to reduce aging, promote faster healing for procedures that break the skin, and create and restore healthy skin barriers.

Our Science

Our team of scientists combine in your face technology with nature’s regenerative power of amnion, the hydrating power of hyaluronic acid, a powerful, patented regenerative technology, Tropoelastin®, that provides strength and elasticity, and ProliSel, designed to enhance deep penetration. This is what we call our TRINITY+ONE, a proprietary formulation designed to strengthen your skin’s natural barrier and reduce the signs of aging.

Genesis Skin Care is committed to creating skinceuticals that reduce the signs of aging by using the miracle of birth and the power of regenerative medicine.

Our proprietary Trinity+ONE formula can be customized and formulated for your unique brand.

Genesis offers these services for medspa, retail sales and white label clients, and are with you throughout the entire process – from initital consultation to strategy to formulation and launch – we’re more than just a manufacturer, we’re your partner.

Our amniorenu products are more concentrated formulations for pre- and post-treatment skin restoration and rejuvenation.

Direct to Consumer Sales

Genesis is the first to create the Genevi line of products for consumers, using the miracle of birth and power of regenerative medicine.

White Label

Whether your organization already has a solidified brand and looking to expand its product line or you have a vision to create a skin care product that based on proven science, Genesis has the ability to create customized products for your unique brand with our proprietary Trinity+ONE.

Why Birth Tissue?

Birth tissue has been used for more than a century by doctors, surgeons, ophthalmologists, and optometrists as a barrier for wounds, burns and surgical procedures, as well as a treatment for various eye conditions.

Birth tissue has been proven to help the healing process, reduce anastomoses leaks and reduce inflammation.

This is because birth tissue contains substantial amounts of proteins, cellular membranes and other fundamental building blocks that facilitate the healing cascade.

Our products are derived from human amniotic fluid acquired from the placenta. The placenta contains layers rich in collagen types III, IV, V, and VII, contain structural matrixes (ECM) like fibronectin, laminins, proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans, and have high concentrations of growth factors.

Our proprietary technology allows us to extract these factors and transform them into skin care products designed for maximum absorption directly to the skin, promoting skin cellular migration.

Our Trinity of Ingredients

Amniotic Fluid

Amniotic fluid, a complex biological material, plays a pivotal role in our Genevi line, leveraging its diverse composition of cytokines, growth factors, proteins, and carbohydrates. These components are the miracle that creates a healthy baby. In dermatological applications, amniotic fluid exhibits properties conducive to skin regeneration and repair, as evidenced by its use in wound healing and tissue engineering. Studies in regenerative medicine often cite amnion’s ability to enhance cellular proliferation and migration, making it a valuable ingredient in anti-aging skincare formulations.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic Acid (HA), a naturally occurring glycosaminoglycan, is integral to skin hydration and tissue repair. Its high molecular weight allows it to retain significant amounts of water, contributing to the skin’s moisture retention, viscoelasticity, and turgidity. HA’s role in modulating tissue repair, combined with its biocompatibility and natural presence in the extracellular matrix of the skin, makes it a sought-after ingredient in anti-aging skincare. Its efficacy in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and enhancing skin hydration is well-documented in dermatological research.

Tropoelastin, a soluble precursor to elastin, is critical in maintaining skin elasticity and resilience. It plays a key role in the synthesis of elastin fibers, which provide the skin with the ability to return to its original shape after stretching or contracting. It’s also used for acne and stretch marks. Tropoelastin supports the skin’s natural elastin production, counteracting the loss of elasticity associated with aging. This application is grounded in molecular biology and biochemistry research, highlighting Tropoelastin’s ability to improve skin firmness and reduce sagging.

Prolisel, a proprietary compound in our Rejuvenesse Renewal Serum, represents an advanced approach in skincare formulation. It is designed to reduce damage caused by sun exposure and other environmental factors. It also enhances dermal penetration, allowing active ingredients to reach deeper skin layers more effectively. The compound’s mechanism is based on increasing the permeability of the skin barrier, facilitating the delivery of other active ingredients like growth factors and hydrating agents. This targeted delivery system is supported by pharmacological research, emphasizing its role in improving the efficacy of topical applications in skincare.

Acquiring Birth Tissue

Genesis acquires birth tissue through FDA-regulated donation service organizations across the United States. Donations are accepted only from full-term, healthy expectant mothers who are scheduled for a C-section and consent to donating their birth tissue.

Birth tissue donation is safe for both mother and baby, does not affect labor or delivery, and repurposes tissue that is normally discarded as medical waste.
